If your medical condition prevents you from attending the surgery and you require a home visit please ring before 9.30am if possible and you will be directed to our nurse who will then assess whether the request is medically appropriate and if a doctor needs to pay you a home visit; if not appropriate you will be asked to attend the surgery.

Kindly provide as much notice as possible in order to arrange a suitable time for the doctor to come over. This service incurs an out-of-pocket fee and standard AMA rates are applicable and the front desk staff can advise you of the costs.

Preference will be given to our patients and their families followed by other people in the Hills community.
