Dr Asha Jacob is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) with postgraduate qualification in Skin Cancer and Dermatology (Australian Institute of Dermatology, QLD, Australia) and has been a part of the Upwey Doctors team since 2014.Having worked as a doctor since 1998, she has vast experience in various public hospitals and clinics across Melbourne and Victoria.

Dr. Jacob has special interests in:

• General Dermatology of Adults and children
• Early detection (Mole mapping) and
  management of skin cancers.
• Women’s Health (Accredited GP- Shared Care and Pregnancy – Eastern Health)
• Mental Health

Additionally, Dr. Jacob has completed Essential Skin Cancer Medicine and advanced Dermoscopy from the Australian College of Cutaneous Oncology in Melbourne. She is also highly qualified to perform minor surgeries, for removal of both cancerous and non-cancerous lumps and skin lesions.
